Develop and implement new features based on product requirements, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices; Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards; Complete system and database design in alignment with company standards; Write relevant technical documentation as required; Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise within projects, focusing on system performance optimization; Regularly summarize and share experiences and results gained from work; Maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members
岗位要求
7+ years of experience in software development; Proficient in Java programming, with a good understanding of JVM principles; experience in JVM performance tuning is a plus; Familiarity with popular open-source frameworks, such as Spring Boot, MyBatis, Spring Cloud, and Dubbo; Knowledge of database design and development, with proficiency in MySQL and strong SQL writing and optimization skills; Experience in the finance sector or with large internet companies is highly preferred; Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must
