岗位职责
Develop and manage communities across X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms; Design and execute community growth strategies aligned with the fund’s long-term vision; Engage founders, developers, and ecosystem participants; Moderate discussions and maintain a professional community environment; Track community metrics and optimize engagement strategies
岗位要求
2+ years of experience in Web3 / crypto community management; Strong understanding of Web3, DeFi, and blockchain infrastructure; Experience managing X, Telegram, Discord, and other crypto-native platforms; Self-driven with strong remote work efficiency
